Heart of America Samoyed Club (HOASC)
a not-for-profit Samoyed Specialty Club, which was granted full licensed
status from the American Kennel Club
in April, 1992. The HOASC was formed in 1973 to accomplish the following
promote responsible ownership, goodwill and friendship among all
Samoyed owners and fanciers in the Greater Kansas City area.
